I fondly recall the days of posting about edisoncarter and his cheat codes for GTA: San Andreas. The PC version is out now so here's a link to edisoncarter's cheat codes for PC.

The PS2 community owes a great deal to edisoncarter for his research endeavors in going where no one else was going to go. At least not as quickly, in delving into the unknown netherworlds within San Andreas. He has no booth at E3. There is no Hall of Fame for him. But he looks not for thanks and praise, just for more cheat codes.

Hey! edisoncarter's back with Slut Magnet. It's there. Go ahead and scroll down a bit. Just when I thought I'd never make another GTA: San Andreas post. I'm having a bitch of a time with flying, although I really haven't had the time and/or made the time for the requisite level of immersion. (For all the cheats I've posted, I like to complete my missions boy scout style. Well sort of, I mean this is GTA , if there were merit badges for carjacking, mayhem, arson, murder, and fornication, well maybe he's reach Eagle Scout status.) I'll try to earn my wings cleanly, but we'll see how long that takes.

You know and after looking at the messageboard and scrolling down his site, perhaps I was hasty in announcing “recruit anyone” came from somewhere else. So if that's the case, consider this the retraction.

Or franklinclinton or einsteinkennedy for that matter. It was starting to become inconceivable that someone else would come up with cheats. Legislators were ready to bring Sherman-Antitrust act charges upon edisoncarter. It's a good thing adamcs came along. Now edisoncarter can continue on with his research without big government rifling through his underwear drawer.

Wow! It's like finding out the truth about Santa Claus. Or learning that Michael Jordan is human.

Anyway, the first cheat for February is “Recruit Anyone”. Here's the synopsis: “Pedestrians carry guns. Recruit anyone and build up a small army!”

I'm not sure how to type the sound of drool being wiped from my face. This cheat would best be used before leaving Los Santos during the turf wars. Supposedly the turf wars open up again when you return to Los Santos, but since I've just opened up the flight school, I can't speak from experience.

From now on I should just go straight to edisoncarter's site. He's got a cheat for the GameShark that raises the water lever throughout the streets of San Andreas.

And of course, there's a movie. (The link should work here, it needed to be edited on ed's site.)

Read further down on his site for info on spawning boats, a must for the newly created canals on the GTA landscape.

He's also remarked about a potential cheat for Mother Nature taking back the streets to give the appearance of an overgrown post-nuclear world. This would work well coupled with the cheat that eliminates the car traffic and causes all pedestrians to attack you. Kind of a 28 Days Later motif. It would be even better if there was a cheat just to spawn those zombie looking guys in Palomino Creek.

Someone should start talking to the guys who made the GTA Leatherface movie about this.

Judging by my site traffic, many of you would probably be interested. The possibility of play testing the next version of Grand Theft Auto is quite enticing. Although I doubt I could pay for my home on a tester salary. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Good luck.
